Frederick Mosher - Mr. Mosher is the President and CEO of the company. He is a professional engineer and has over 35 years of technical and management experience in the areas of solid waste management, site assessment, environmental remediation and construction. He has designed numerous solid waste management and wastewater treatment processes. In addition to the consultancy services to several companies and he has provided expert witness and litigation support services.

Owen Ward - Dr. Ward is the Technical Director of the company and is the inventor of Lystek’s core technology. He is the industrial research professor in the biology department of the University of Waterloo and has over 35 years of industrial and academic experience in bioprocess research and development. He has published over 200 papers and authored 6 books in different areas of biotechnology. Dr. Ward has previously founded two venture-backed technology companies operating in Guelph, Ontario, developing advanced bioremediation technologies.

Frank Hovey - Mr. Hovey is the Vice President, Business Development of the Company. His successful career spans 50 years in chemicals, heavy equipment, value-added outsource manufacturing for the telecommunications market and consulting as a technology broker to both the manufacturing and service industries. He was previously president and CEO of BFGoodrich Canada Inc., president and CEO of Inventronics Ltd.

Mark Eamer – Mr. Eamer is Vice President, Finance of the company. He is a chartered accountant who has focused on assisting start-up technology firms through his Waterloo based practice. He has received his Master of Accounting degree from University of Waterloo and was previously a manager in Ernst & Young’s high-tech and advanced manufacturing group.

Jim Kay - Mr. Kay is a Director of the company. He is a Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the area of environmental site assessment and remediation. He has managed numerous multimillion dollar environmental projects and has significant experience in managing and working within large multi-disciplined project teams. He has completed numerous tasks related to the investigatory and remedial projects for chemical plants and landfill sites along the Niagara River.

Ajay Singh - Dr. Singh is the General Manager of the Company. He has over 20 years of experience in industrial project management, applied/industrial research and process development with a background in applied and environmental microbiology and fermentation technology. He has developed numerous bioreactor-based processes related to environment, fermentation and food industries, has 7 patents to his credits, published over 160 peer-reviewed papers and book chapters, co-authored 4 books in the areas of biotechnology and bioremediation.
